A mobile application is planned, but development hasn't started yet.
The bot uses spaced repetition: the fewer mistakes you make in tasks for a word, the less frequently it appears in your reviews.
Review intervals for new words are as follows: 15 minutes, 1 day, 2 days, 4 days, 8 days, 15 days … up to 365 days.
The bot separately tracks your knowledge of both Russian-to-English and English-to-Russian translations.
A future update will include a 'Learning Speed' feature, allowing users to increase or decrease the length of review intervals.
Yes, if the bot asks you to reply in English, you can send a text message in response. If you don't know the answer you can tap the 'Show Answer' button.
This feature is only available to those learning Russian as a foreign language in a separate bot made specifically for that purpose.
Unfortunately, there is no 'Undo Answer' button at the moment. It will most likely be added in a future version of the app.
Go to Settings – Dictionaries, then set the dictionaries you need to 100% and those you don’t to 0%.
At the moment only an administrator can reset your learning history.
Please contact chat support or email support@yarrow.club.
In future versions, a 'Delete My Progress' button is planned.
The app will support this feature, whereas the bot will not.
After 3 days, the bot will change the sentence, and the word will have the same meaning, but appear in a different form and sentence.
There are several ways to extend your subscription:
1. Pay – Purchase a 1-month or 12-month subscription.
If you pay from a computer or Telegram web, it’s cheaper (no 30% Google/Apple fee).
2. Say – Complete language tasks: review flashcards, do voice exercises, or add new words.
You earn 1 to 5 petals per task, depending on difficulty.
10 petals = 1 day of subscription.
When your subscription expires:
Learning becomes unavailable.
Petals are not used.
You can still earn petals by completing tasks.
Petals are saved until you collect 30 petals.
Once you reach 30 petals, your subscription will be reactivated for three full days, and petals will start being used again at a rate of 10 per day.
To edit courses, you need a high ranking, as your changes will be visible to other users.
Every user starts with a ranking of 300. You can check others' cards and create your own with AI.
To add custom flashcards, your ranking must be 500+.
Your ranking:
Increases for correct actions.
Decreases for mistakes (accidental or intentional).
Falling below 200 results in a ban from task access.
Go to Say and the bot will immediately show your current ranking per language.
At present, users are unable to manually adjust the start time of notifications.
The bot provides several types of reminders, aligned with your time zone:
'General reminder' at 9:00 a.m. – sent if you haven’t yet started your study session.
'Daily reminder' – triggered if you haven’t studied today, arriving approximately one hour before the time you began your session the previous day.
'Finish your lesson' – sent two hours after your last activity, encouraging you to complete your session.
'Review cards ready' – sent when words postponed for 15 minutes are ready to be reviewed again.
